Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my shoulder pain is serious?
Seek medical attention if you experience sudden, severe pain without any injury, inability to raise your arm, visible deformity of the joint, or pain accompanied by chest tightness or difficulty breathing.
What exercises help shoulder pain?
Gentle pendulum swings, wall walks, cross-body stretches, and external rotation exercises with a resistance band are excellent for most shoulder conditions. Always start slowly and stop if pain increases.
How long does shoulder pain take to heal?
Mild strains may resolve in 2–4 weeks. Rotator cuff injuries typically take 3–6 months of rehabilitation. Frozen shoulder can take 1–3 years to fully resolve without intervention.
